Another They Might Be Giants song that I almost ruined by setting it as an alarm to wake up to every morning.
I’ve done it again.
A while back, I wrote about the song Minimum Wage1 and how, for a short time, I ruined the song for myself by using it as an alarm sound to start my work day.
Well, here we are. A Tuesday morning at 6:37 AM as of the day I’m writing these words. For the last couple of months, I have had my alarm set to They Might Be Giants’ Am I Awake? And for the first time, the song started and I thought, “I’m starting to not like this song.”
